| 2008.01: Our Eastern Canada regional office is open! The
LeadWell Collaborative team is pleased announce that our new
regional office in Eastern Canada is now open in Nova Scotia. Headed
by
Mike Eddy, Regional Vice President for Eastern Canada, the office also
is home to Marsha Eddy, Regional Manager of Program Development.
Together, Mike and Marsha provide a wealth of experience in the public
and for-profit sectors throughout the Eastern Canada region. The office iis
located in downtown Halifax at Purdy's Wharf, Tower One, Suite

| 2007.11: Highlights of our November 29, 2007 Emotional Fitness at Work event The
LeadWell Collaborative team and partners were pleased to host Warren
Redman, President of the Emotional
Fitness Institute, as keynote speaker at our November 29
event, titled Emotional Fitness at Work. The event profiled the role of
Listening Power, one of the nine steps of Emotional Fitness, and how it
is an essential skill of the evolving 4C Leader. What happens when someone listens -- really listens --
to what you're saying? The result is a much deeper form of
conversation, with many clear benefits for a leader's ability to

the Cs ™
event The
LeadWell Collaborative team and partners were pleased to welcome almost
40 people to our October 4th breakfast event, the second in The Leadership Foresight Series.
Featuring Sterling Eddy, President & CEO of the LeadWell
Collaborative as the keynote speaker, Lead Well for Life: Navigating
the Cs ™ presented an introductory viewpoint on the
Collaborative's 4C
Leadership Framework™ and the expanded number of partner
