The LeadWell Collaborative is based on the idea that no one individual or organization holds the answers to one of the most profound human endeavours -- leadership. Instead, we are focused on building one of the world's largest ongoing collaborations around enhancing leadership capacity in all walks of life. This includes:

• the larger social, natural, political and economic environments that surround us;
• the physical communities in which we live and the communities of people with whom we interact; and,
• the organizations in which we work or volunteer, regardless of their sector.
